On the first floor, there are two restaurants, one of which is self-service. The shopping area inside Pisa airport, La Corte, can be accessed from both floors. There is a tax-free shop in Departures and a tax-refund facility is available. A left-luggage service is available at the information office. A porter service is also available.

Pisa airport is equipped with disabled toilets and lifts. There are ramps inside and outside Pisa airport terminal. Reserved parking is available in the short-term and multi-storey car parks. Disabled travellers should inform their airline of any special assistance required prior to travel.
